Read to Me with Wayne & Ellis

Wayne sat at the table, going over the contract for another function they’d be providing security for. It was a small venue for a charity auction, but the organisers expected to raise a lot of money. They insisted that even though Copper Security was staffed by mostly former officers and military personnel, they wanted Wayne to be there to keep an eye on everything. Of course, he would be.

He still found it hard to believe he and Ellis owned their own business. After Ellis was shot, his leg damaged permanently, they thought he’d have to do desk work exclusively, but training the men gave Ellis an opportunity to use the skills he’d honed for years as a firearms specialist. He’d thrived. Despite the long hours, Wayne loved it, even if it gave him and Ellis less time together.

He looked up when Ellis let slide a long, weighty sigh as he clicked off his reader.

“Good book?” Wayne asked, not missing the shine in Ellis’s eyes.

“Yeah,” Ellis replied, scrubbing a hand over his cheek.

Wayne had discovered Ellis loved all manner of books, but tended most toward romances. He’d always known Ellis had a soft heart, but it was more in evidence when he read something that pulled emotions out of him. Wayne would have to think of a way to thank Rob and Tim for getting Ellis involved in reading. Of course, their credit cards had taken a hit, considering all the must-have books Ellis wanted. He had a list of authors he loved, and followed them rabidly. Tell him that Amy Lane, Mary Calmes, Sue Brown, or Helena Stone had a new book coming out, and Ellis obsessed about it until it was delivered to his Kindle. And while Wayne had thought it was a pretty exclusive group, it seemed to grow larger with every book Ellis read.

“So? Tell me about it.

Ellis glanced at him. “What? No, it’s okay. I know it’s not something you’d like.”

Wayne scowled as he got up and stalked to where Ellis sat. He stared down at him, arms crossed over his chest. “Are you saying I have no heart?”

“What? No! It’s just… the book is a romance and… can we forget it?”

Nope, Wayne wasn’t about to let it go, because he was forming a plan. “Tell me what the book was about.”

Ellis sighed as he ran a hand over his Kindle. “It’s… well…. It’s a shifter book by Hurri Cosmo and…” He peered up at Wayne. “I can’t really explain it.”

“Oh, okay. How about this? Read me your favorite part.”

Ellis’s eyes widened. “Read to you?”

Wayne nodded. “That’s what I said.”

“But, Wayne, I—”

“Sir.”

Ellis relaxed visibly, like he always did when Wayne told him to use the honorific. “Sir,” Ellis said, his voice low and husky.

“Read to me, boy.”

Ellis opened the Kindle and ran his finger over the screen as the pages flipped. When he stopped, he glanced up at Wayne, who nodded at him.

“Go on.”

Ellis cleared his throat. “Sitting close by was another black padded contraption. Graham could only believe it was a spanking bench. His imagination, running wild now, had him strapped down over the bench, legs spread wide, his bare ass in the cool air, totally exposed, while Hyden used those big hands to slap and caress, slap and caress. Or maybe Hyden would use one of those floggers he now saw hanging on the wall behind the bench, some looked furry, others looked… fierce.

Or the padded paddles. Oh! What would one of those feel like?

A shiver of pure excitement raced through Graham.

Graham turned to see Hyden coming toward him again, folding up the sleeves of his shirt.

“What… what are you going to do to me?” Graham choked out.

“What I want, when I want, how I want. Understood?”

Graham felt his blood not just drain away from his face, but plummet. Right to his cock. If there was air in the room, his lungs were completely unaware. If not for Hyden’s grip, now on his upper arms, Graham would be a boneless puddle on the floor. Well, boneless, except for one persistent part of his anatomy.”

Ellis stopped and murmured something.

“What did you say?”

“I said it made me think of us, and how we got together. It makes me think of how much I like it when you use floggers on me, and how you fuck me after.”

It made Wayne think of other things. How Wayne had taken Ellis in, brought him to this time and this place. How he’d helped Ellis shed the self-loathing his father had instilled in him. How he’d needed Wayne. As Ellis’s Dom, this was what Wayne wanted. To take all those broken pieces of Ellis and bind them together, to once again make his boy—his lover—whole. Wayne felt ten feet tall. “I’ve an idea. What if you and I go get comfy, and you can read some more to me?”

“Really?” Ellis’s eyes widened, and Wayne couldn’t help but note the sparkle there.

“Yes. I love the sound of your voice, and I think I might like the book.” He took a seat beside Ellis, then reached down to stroke Ellis’s crotch. “And I will sweeten the deal. You read, and I’ll blow you while you do it. But…” Wayne grinned. “You’re not allowed to cum until you’ve read at least three chapters.”

Ellis choked. “I’m what?”

The indignation in his voice amused Wayne. “I’m sure we both know what I said.” He tugged down the sweats Ellis wore when he was at home, freeing his already engorged cock. “Hm, it seems you like that idea.”

“Wayne… Sir, I’m not sure—”

“You don’t have to be. I am.” Wayne bent down and dipped his tongue into Ellis’s weeping slit. Ellis drew in a sharp breath. Wayne sat back and grinned. “You’re not reading.”

Ellis’s hands shook when he held the Kindle up. “I….” He gasped when Wayne bent over once more and took him deep.

“The man standing in the doorway was bigger than Graham had thought he would be. The ad had said the owner of the house was an Omega wolf shifter, and they tended to be smaller, like him. At least that was what he had known all of his life. But the man with amazing blue eyes gazing down at him right then looked more like all the Alphas Graham was trying his best to avoid.

“What can I do for you, little one?” the large man asked, his beautiful mouth just shy of a smile.

Oh. His voice sent shivers up Graham’s back. He knew his own mouth was hanging open as he stared up at the gorgeous shifter. “Um…” Damn but he was nice to look at. Except, Graham did need to stay on task. Only minutes ago, he had walked timidly up to this door, having been lost twice already, and knocked. And in the pouring rain, he was praying this finally had to be the right address. “I…” Achoo!”

The Kindle slid from Ellis’s hand as he ran his fingers through Wayne’s hair. Wayne smiled inwardly. What with getting their security business off the ground, Ellis’s therapy, and the fact they were both being pulled in different directions, there hadn’t been a lot of free time. As Ellis’s Dom, Wayne needed to make sure both their needs were being met.

He nudged Ellis’s legs gently, encouraging him to spread them. When he took the hint, Wayne brought a finger to his mouth and wet it, then reached between Ellis’s legs and stroked it over his hole. He freed Ellis’s cock with a loud pop.

“I don’t hear you reading, and you can’t cum until chapter three is done.”

“You can’t be fucking serious,” Ellis whined.

Wayne bit back a grin at Ellis’s plaintive pleading. “Very. Keep going.”

Ellis’s voice shook as he continued to read about Graham and Hyden, but Wayne wasn’t focused on the story at all. He wanted to make Ellis come apart.

He slid his finger into Ellis’s arse, pushing it in up to the knuckle, which brought a keening whine. “Sir, please…. I need to cum.”

Wayne lifted his head. “Are we on chapter three yet?”

“N-no.”

“Then you’d best get back to it, don’t you think?”

Before Ellis could start reading, Wayne took him to the base of his cock. Come on, Ellis. Don’t disappoint me.

Wayne gripped Ellis’s balls in his hand, kneading them. Ellis’s breath came in ragged gasps, strangling the words he was struggling to read. Wayne knew he was close.

“Hyden….Hyden….Hyyyyyden….” Ellis groaned and tossed the Kindle onto the sofa, then grabbed Wayne’s head with both hands, forcing him to take the thick cock deeper.

“I’m sorry, Sir,” Ellis rasped, as he pumped Wayne’s head up and down. “Suck me.”

This was what Wayne wanted. Ellis had come undone, and Wayne couldn’t be happier. He continued to use Wayne’s mouth, lifting his hips as much as he could while, slamming Wayne’s head down on the cock Wayne loved.

“So fucking sorry,” Ellis groaned, and then he was there, firing volley after volley into Wayne’s mouth. Wayne swallowed greedily, happy to have this time with his boy. When Ellis was spent, he flopped back onto the couch, his arm thrown over his face. Wayne loved seeing the flush on Ellis’s skin.

“So how does the story end?” Wayne teased.

“I’m sorry,” Ellis whispered.

Wayne put an arm around Ellis and pulled him close. “You did exactly what I wanted.” He kissed him softly on the lips. “I’m sorry things have been so hectic, and I don’t want you to think I’m ignoring you.”

Ellis sat up and pinned Wayne with a sharp stare. “Ignoring me? You’re a bloody idiot, do you know that? Everything you’ve done – everything you’re doing – has been to give me a life. You’re the one who takes care of me every damned day, when I should be taking care of you. You make sure I eat, get my pills, have transportation to my appointments. What do you do that’s for you?”

That was an easy question to answer. “I take care of what’s most important to me. This isn’t a contest to see who does more, Ellis. We take care of each other now, and until we’re both old and grey and sitting in those rockers up on the balcony. You’re it for me, you know. The only man I have ever wanted, or ever will.

Ellis chuckled even as his cheeks pinked. “I love you, daft man.”

“Love you too, cheeky sod.”

Ellis glanced down and nodded at Wayne’s lap. “Seems someone has a problem.”

“It’s fine.” He’d done this for Ellis. His own comfort and release could wait.

“I happen to know there’s a big bed upstairs, and a brand-new bottle of lube on the bedside table.”

Wayne arched his brows. “Oh, you do?”

“Mm-hm. I’d planned on seducing you tonight, but you beat me to it. Still, it’d be a shame to let all that preparation go to waste.” Ellis stroked the length of Wayne’s cock. “Wouldn’t you say?”

Wayne stood and held out a hand to Ellis “I definitely agree.” He nodded at the Kindle. “And bring the book. I want you to read to me as I fuck you.”
